PHOTOGRAPHY

All rates quoted are for pr work for use in editorial publications, web use and internal use, including company reports, presentations and publications. The license of usage does not cover advertising use. Please contact me with specifics for a quote.

Consultancy meeting prior to photo shoot = £150.00

Half Day (up to 4 hours) = £450.00

Full Day (up to 8 hours) = £850.00

Studio lighting, if needed will be quoted as and when needed on a complexity of specifics to the job.

Photographer's edit = £150.00

(Editing of assignment, including colour and density corrections, light re-touching and making images press ready, including full IPTC captioning (up to a maximum of thirty images)

Writing images to DVD = £20.00 each

Wiring of images (either email or FTP) = £ dependent on number of images and recipients.

Mileage at £0.42 per mile.

Other expenses as and when incurred (studio hire, props, parking, congestion charge, hotels, flights, trains etc.)

For downloads of an edited selection of images from your assignment, a web site can be set up (with usernames and passwords) for any media or persons which you care to invite to download publication ready images. There is a set up and usage fee of £100.00 for this facility.

There will be a cancellation fee of £200.00 if the assignment is cancelled within a one week period leading up to the date of the shoot.

All of these prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current rate.

Shooting rates for video are as above. Editing rates will be quoted on the complexity of each assignment so kindly contact me with your requirements.
